The 18 holes of Windsor Golf Club, a 6,751 yards par 72 course has has a fine reputation for having some of the most beautiful  fairways in Kenya. The course's five tee system adequately caters for all types of golfers, from the beginner to the professional. Windsor Golf Club is extremely enjoyable to play. Not only its surrounding by lush coffee plantations, flower farms and a lush forest, but the lush, green course is well manicured and well maintained. It boasts lush, springy fairways, fast, true greens and a sprinkling of attractive water hazards. You will have a lunch at the club and then the rest of the afternoon is at leisure. After freshening up, you will depart from the hotel at about 1800 hours and drive to the Carnivore Restaurant. Whole joints of meat - legs of lamb and pork, haunches of venison, rumps of beef, sirloins, racks of lamb, spare ribs, sausages, chicken wings, skewered kidneys, even crocodile, and other tasty morsels are roasted on traditional Maasai swords over a huge, visually spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of the restaurant. The waiters then carry these swords around the restaurant, carving unlimited amounts of prime meats onto sizzling, cast iron plates in front of you. A wide selection of salads, vegetable side dishes, and a variety of exotic sauces accompany the meat feast. This is followed by dessert and coffee. The full meal including a soup course is a set price. A vegetarian menu is also offered. Return to Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club for overnight.
