Day 1: Nairobi
‘Jambo’! Welcome to Africa. On arrival meet our representative who will escort you to the New Stanley Hotel. In the afternoon you visit Karen Blixen Museum and later Langata Giraffe Center where you have an opportunity to feed the giraffes from your own hands.

Day 2: Nairobi - Tsavo West National Park
Our driver will pick you up at Stanley Hotel and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your SafariLink scheduled flight to Tsavo West National Park. The Park offers tremendous views with diverse habitats, ranging from mountains, river forest, plains, lakes and wooded grassland. Its plains borders with Tanzania. Enjoy lunch, relax by the pool and make the most of the facilities at the camp. Late afternoon departure for a game drive that returns to the camp as the sun sets.

Day 3: Tsavo West National Park
First rays of sunlight, grazing hippos slide back into the water as a dawn chorus of birds slowly gathers momentum. For those opting for a dawn game drive, time for wake up call, tea and coffee served on the terrace before they begin to explore the Park. Animals begin to disappear into the undergrowth, those on game drives begin heading back to camp for breakfast. Sumptuous breakfast served on the terrace. After breakfast either relax on sun beds on your tent balconie or enjoy by the pool. Lunch is served on the terrace. The hippos stir in the springs, and crocodiles lounge in the sun at the water's edge. The cool of the afternoon sees Tsavo stirring to life, and a game drive through the park will reward you with plenty of opportunity for game viewing. Later pre-dinner drinks and snacks are served under the stars on the terrace, and dinner itself is a special affair. A seven course gourmet meal, served on fine china and crystal by waiters dressed in traditional Kanzu and Fez, as the gentle strains of Mozart play softly in the background.

Day 4: Tsavo West National Park - Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast transfer to the airstrip and flight to Wilson Airport Nairobi and onwards to the arid plains of Samburu National Reserve, where you spend the night at Elephant Bedroom Camp on the banks of the life-giving Uaso Nyiro River. The afternoon game drive offer close encounters with some of Africa's most charismatic beasts, from majestic elephant and muscular buffalo to sleek oryx, gerenuk and reticulated giraffe.

Day 5: Samburu National Reserve
This morning you will be awakened early and after some coffee or tea and biscuits, depart at dawn on an early morning game drive. After your drive you will return to the camp for breakfast. After lunch and time to relax and do some serious bird-watching, you will depart on a late afternoon game drive when again the light is prefect for photography. Return to the camp early evening in time for drinks around the camp fire and dinner.

Day 6: Samburu National Reserve - Maasai Mara National Reserve
A morning flight brings you from Samburu to the Maasai Mara. Kenya's premier game reserve and scene of the worlds greatest wildlife spectacle - the annual wildebeeste migration. Even without the migration the Mara is a natural showpiece, with huge herds of elephant and buffalo in the riverine forests and gazelles, zebras, lions and leopards on the sweeping grasslands. Lunch at Tipilikwani Camp followed by a game drive in the Mara.

Day 7: Maasai Mara National Reserve
This morning awaken to the sounds of birds in these endless rolling plains dotted with acacia trees, the scheduled morning and afternoon game drives provides you with an excellent opportunity to photograph the abundant wildlife in this seemingly limitless game reserve. You may opt to enjoy an early morning hot air balloon safari (extra cost) which give you a bird's eye view of the Mara plains and the winding Mara and Talek rivers before landing to a magnificent champagne breakfast.

Day 8: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi
After a last early morning gamedrive and breakfast say goodbye to the Mara and return to Nairobi by 1100 hrs scheduled flight Mara - Wilson Airport. We will transfer you to your city hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
