 Kibo Safari Camp exudes a rustic appeal to luxury as most of its construction was implemented with use of natural materials hence giving it a more natural look. Accommodation is in luxury tents built on a concrete base. These tents give you the feeling of camping in the wilds of Africa while at the same time being extremely comfortable. Each tent comes with a double bed or two single beds depending on your needs. There are also family tents that can take a maximum party of 8 in comfort. All tents are ensuite with built in showers and toilets, There is also a small porch/veranda with seats and a coffee table. All tents are electrically lighted by power supplied form a generator on site.
Kibo Safari Camp also has a separate open terraced restaurant and Bar under acacia trees overlooking the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. Guests can relax at a beautifully designed swimming pool. The camp is surrounded by an electric fence to keep the large animals out. Even so they are so close that you can comfortably sit in your porch and watch elephants and other animal strolling and grazing close by.
