Fly from Wilson Airport in Nairobi straight to world famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve (approx. 50 minutes). The Mara is actually the northern portion of the great ecosystem in neighboring Tanzania called the Serengeti. It is the home of the "big five" - loin, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo as well as cheetah, zebra, giraffe and vast herds of plains antelope and numerous other wildlife. In the “Mara” we have selected leading lodges or tented camps, where you will stay on a full board basis. Experience your nights "in the bush" with all of the comforts of home. All safari camps and lodges have en-suite bathrooms with normal flush lavatories and hot showers. The facilities in some lodges or camps even include a swimming pool for relaxation after game drives. From the camp/lodge you will be taken out on morning and afternoon game drives in a 4 wheel drive safari vehicle with an experienced driver-guide who is based at the camp/lodge and knows the area well. Our fly-in safaris operate daily on a scheduled basis and may range from 1 night/2 days to a comprehensive tour of 10 days or more. |
